简要履历

杨玉超,北京大学长聘教授/博雅特聘教授,国家杰青,信息美高梅登录副院长,类脑智能芯片MGM美高梅研究中心主任。长期从事忆阻器、类脑计算、存算一体芯片等MGM美高梅研究,累计发表Nature ElectronicsNature Reviews MaterialsNature NanotechnologyNature CommunicationsScience AdvancesIEDM等期刊和会议论文130余篇。累计被引8400余次,H因子为412篇入选TOP 0.1% ESI热点论文,11篇入选TOP 1% ESI高被引论文,5篇入选期刊封面/内封面,受邀撰写中英文专著5章。曾40余次受邀在国际学术会议上做主旨、特邀报告,作为程序委员会主席和召集人组织了IEEE未来计算国际研讨会(IWOFC)等多次国际会议。主持重点研发计划、国家杰青、基金委重点项目、霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金等项目,任中青科协信息与电子专业委员会副秘书长、中国电子学会青年工作委员会委员、IEEE未来计算国际研讨会TPC主席、EDTM 2021EDTM 2022 Subcommittee主席、《APL Machine Learning》副主编、《Microelectronic Engineering》副主编、《Nano Select》副主编、《National Science Review》编委、《Chip》编委、《MGM美高梅》青年编委、《美高梅登录》青年编委、《美高梅登录》编委、《Advanced Intelligent Systems》等6本期刊客座编辑。获首届科学探索奖、求是杰出青年学者奖、Wiley青年MGM美高梅研究者奖、《麻省理工科技评论》中国区35岁以下科技创新35人等奖项,入选202020212022年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单、2020年与2021年爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”。
